Located just 1/2 mile off Interstate 75 at the Athens exit 52, halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville in the beautiful state of Tennessee. Open year round with 26 sites
available for monthly, weekly or nightly
rentals.
Please use our directions, we are East of Interstate 75 at Exit 52, 8 tenths of a mile on the left side of the road, we have a large lighted sign at the road please do not turn before you see our sign, we are close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in Athens.

We do have a hairpin turn at the end of our park that you have to maneuver when you leave in the morning, we do suggest any motorhomes over 40ft to unhook their tow to avoid getting hung up in that curve.
Our pull through sites are 30 x 60 ft long, the
back in sites are 30 x 45 ft long, all sites are
level sites with full hookup that consists of
water, sewer and electric with all sites having
50/30/20 amps.
We have available to our guests in our office and laundry room a power incline tread mill & cross-trainer bike. Also a public golf course just 2 miles up the road.
Wi-Fi is now available through out the park but we do not have cable TV as some sites state.
